How many NU electors can Muhaimin Iskandar convince to support Anis Baswedan in the upcoming presidential and vice-presidential election?

According to the data, NU voters are genuinely dispersed among numerous parties, and PKB is not even the most popular party among NU voters.

According to the data, only 11.6% of NU electors support PKB. The percentage of NU electors who support PDIP has increased to 21.9%. In second place, 13.6% of NU electors support the Gerindra party. Only then are PKB supporters in third place, followed shortly thereafter by Golkar supporters in fourth. Golkar's support is 11.2%, a divergence of only a few percentage points from PKB's 11.6% support.

The query is why PKB, which was born from NU, did not become their favorite political party. The answer resides within PKB's own history. Gus Dur - Abdurrahman Wahid, a legend from PKB and NU, was known to have been embroiled in a conflict and disappointment with Muhaimin Iskandar.

Even his own daughter, Yenny Wahid, who has openly declared her opposition to Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin, continues to embellish the history of Gus Dur's indignation. This is why the PKB party is not the preferred party among NU electors.

Of course, Cak Imin can still persuade a tiny number of NU supporters to favor Anis Baswedan, but don't forget that there are supporters of the Democrats who used to support Anis Baswedan but have since abandoned him.
